Another Chair, Another Fall, Another Arm

Last night, Caroline and Kate were sitting together on our living room chair.  When Caroline went to get off the chair, she lost her balance and fell.  She cried for a moment, but all seemed to be fine with her so we put her to bed.
This morning when she woke up, she was way crabby and favoring her arm so I suspected that she had re injured it.  Honestly, I thought she had hurt the same arm as last time.  So she and Daddy were off to the orthopedic urgent care.  Within an hour, she was on her way home with the same diagnosis as last time.   We did find out that it was actually the other arm this time.
The bone in her right arm is what they call "buckled".  This time they put her in a Velcro splint and wrapped it with tape.  This way we can take it off to bathe her and then put it back on.  The bone should heal fine on its own.  The splint is really only there in case she should fall again to protect the arm from further injury.
The blessing in this....our deductibles have been met for the year!
