Luke is 8 Months Old

Luke,
Another month has gone by so quickly.  Your little personality is coming out more and more each day.  You are playing with your toys and paying close attention to your brothers and sisters.  You love to watch Bailey our dog.  Your eyes follow her all around the room.
Your are still wearing 6-9 month and size 3 diapers
You eat two meals a day.  I have tried this month to bump you up to eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner but you didn't like it and for several days would only eat dinner.  So, we went back to just eating mid-morning and at dinner time.  You don't care for many of the stage two combinations.  You're a basics boy, applesauce, pears, bananas, sweet potatoes, and squash are your staples.
You are taking two naps, morning and afternoon.  You go to bed around 7:00pm, but have only slept through the night once.  You are definitely doing better than last month when you were waking up almost every hour.  Now you wake around 11:30 pm, then around 3:00 am and wake up for the day around 7:00 am.
You have stayed relatively healthy and for that we are so thankful.  I pray everyday that God will protect your sweet body from illness.  We only visited the doctor this month for your flu shot.
Some days you can be so serious and other days you are full of smiles!  I am loving spending the day when your brothers and sisters are in school, loving on you.  It has been a true blessing and a lesson in patience, letting go, and learning to truly depend on God.
Buddy,
You are my little love.  I know these next few months will fly by and I want to embrace this time with you.  I pray that God will wrap his full armor around you and protect you from any evil or wrong doing.  I pray that you will grow to love God and accept him into your heart.  That you will keep his teachings in your heart and mind and put them into action.  That you will love your Daddy and I and build a strong loving relationship with each of your siblings.
I love you Luke
Happy 8th Month
